Mark was recommended to us by friends. We are new to Canada and knew nothing about Canadian houses or the process of buying a house when we started. I highly recommend Mark! Mark helped us in purchasing our property. He was approachable, knowledgeable, and very flexible during the process. He showed us houses and have explained the pros and cons and possibilities in that property. He even explained the technical side like the furnace, the hrv, and other things that comes with the house. He pointed things like future road widening, future commercial establishments, and future high density condo units that are near the property. This things are very important in purchasing a home and Mark definetly was transparent about these houses. Few years ago my husband and I were looking to a new place, and I asked Mark to help us. He had spend hours looking for what we wanted, he showed us I don't even remember how many places - all keeping in mind what was important to us. In the end, he openly told us what he think we should do - look not at what we through we wanted, but what would make the most sense for our family for years to come. As per his advise - we decided to build our place and it was indeed the best decision we could have made.
