The new leasing officer doesn’t seem well-suited for the job, as she lacks empathy for tenants’ concerns. It’s no surprise that so many residents have been moving out recently. We really preferred Venus—she was absolutely amazing. I hope Boardwalk management takes note of this.

It seems like Marlborough Manor Apartments is experiencing poor management. The lack of proper oversight and responsiveness to tenant concerns is disappointing. I hope the management takes steps to improve the situation.

Clean, Quiet & Well maintained building in a quiet neighbourhood close to many great amenities such as easy access to transit grocery stores, Londonderry Mall is close by.
Venus the onsite manager is amazing! she is so friendly and outgoing. she will do what is needed to make sure everything is the way it should be for her renters this property has improve by leaps and bounds since she was assigned to our building .

Well maintained and in a great neighborhood close to walking trails, Manning Town centre and the LRT. Venus ( property manager) is incredible. Her dedication to the tenants and to the maintaining of the property is appreciated and she is much loved by the tenants.
