To make a long story short, I'm an only child who lives out of province and was in desperate need to sell my parent's house in Fredericton after a sudden accident which meant they could no longer live in the house.

Needless to say with a full-time job, a family and being so far away, the prospect was daunting. Mary-Ellen came in, assessed, reassured and provided guidance and advice throughout. I literally left many matters in her hands while away and always felt confident she would get them done. For instance, I needed minor repairs done on the house, (a big thank you to John!) inspections (full inspection, propane stove, etc.), water tank change, etc. Because it was vacant, I needed someone to check in almost daily. She also provided help with staging that involved packing additional items that I didn't have a chance to complete, supervision of cleaning, etc. She managed it all. She also took my mom for a last visit to the house knowing this was difficult for her. After 35 years, so kind of her to do.
