Matt cost me wife and me thousands of dollars by steering us away from a homes to be built much sooner to a house that after 4 months has not even began construction. Now we will be renting much longer while others will be moving into properties he assured us would be built after ours. He never responds to texts or messages. We asked him for help and information and we were not given any consideration at all. I do not recommend this agent as communicating, customer service and respect for buyers is non-existent. After four months, he has still not answered our one simple question: When will construct on our home begin. Give us a date.

As a first-time home buyer, I had some worries and concerns as to what I should be looking for, what I should be looking for in a home and what elements were essential for a first-time buyer. Decided to give Matthew Greenham a call and so glad I did.

From the beginning he made the whole process so easy and comfortable. His professionalism and client care were phenomenal. He took the time to get to know me and what I wanted for my first home. Whether it was 7AM or 10 PM he was always willing to get back to me if there were any questions or concerns. Matthew was able to find and direct me in the right direction in possible properties that met my specifications and wants.
