Our review of the Guthrie Team has been amazing. We spent years looking for a home to buy as a new home buyer. Met with Matt more than 2 years ago but the opportunity we weren’t ready for. As time passed, we began putting ourselves in that position to buy.

Matt checked in with us, updated us on market trends and even regulation changes. Each time we interacted with the team, it was very pleasant and professional while being personable.

We have looked at other homes over the years and even met with other realtors, Matt and the Teams personable and professional approach is what we really liked. Since we looked at so many homes around Ontario, it was hard to decide. But then we found one in Niagara Falls. Knowing Matt for so many years now, we asked him if he could get us looking at the one we wanted to see. He put the work in!

He got us a booking into a home that was outside his listings. He also got us an amazing deal! I can best say that Matt works for his clients and their best interest! Got us a price reduction as he represented the buyers in this situation. Negotiating every step of the way.

As a first time buyer, you truly don’t have a clue and your buying agent has the ins and outs. Matt made buying a home a very smooth and painless problem. Was open and communicated often. Really put our wants into perspective, put our needs up front and I can absolutely say have delivered their service!

Let this be a testimony that the Guthrie team will work hard and deliver their best for you and your family! Negotiate for your benefit. And get you what you work hard for. I will be using their service again should we sell or buy another home.

It’s a tough market for sellers right now. Matt offered the market insight he has access to, explaining the current market situation and providing enough information for us to suggest an asking price that worked for us.
