This was my first time selling a property and I was pretty nervous. I hired Matt Kopan based on a recommendation from a friend. Matt put all of my worries at ease and made the whole process very simple. Matt listed my condo in Langley and we were able to get multiple offers with his excellent marketing and overall game plan. My condo sold in under a week for $20,000 over the asking price. Matt was always in constant communication with me, keeping me in the loop with updates and feedback daily. He made the entire process so easy by being available anytime, day or night. I could call, text or e-mail and he would always get back to me right away. Matt had his team come in and create a professional video, photos, floorplan and nice colour brochures for every potential buyer to take with them at every showing. Of course, in the current environment we are in, covid is a concern when listing your property and Matt made sure that anyone entering the property was screened with a health questionnaire prior to a showing appointment and that everyone wore a mask and gloves. I had this unit in Surrey, that I unexpectedly needed to sell immediately. Nobody likes to have to pay for multiple homes, especially if one is vacant. Having said that, Matt Kopan did an amazing job in helping me market, list, and sell my condo. Even with the fact that the real estate market has slowed down significantly compared to earlier in 2018, Matt managed to show the unit to multiple clients, and close the deal within 6 days of being on the market. It was truly unbelievable of how quickly I was able to sell my condo, with Matt’s help. In addition to Matt’s ability to quickly and professionally get the job done, I noticed that he truly cares about his clients. He was never hard to get ahold of, any time of the day or night. Matt Kopan listed and sold my townhouse in Sun at 72 in Clayton Heights and helped me buy my dream acreage in Mission! This is something I've wanted for a long time and being on a limited budget, I wasn't sure if it would ever become reality, and I am so happy with how everything worked out with Matt's help! From the first time I spoke with him, he helped me come up with a solid game plan in order to achieve my goal and in the way that worked best for my situation. He was with me every step of the way on both the listing of my place, to house hunting through many many properties in order to finally find the right one. It's no surprise to see that this guy has such a high rating. My wife and I just used Matt Kopan to find us our first investment property. We purchased a beautiful, brand new, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in Willoughby (Langley). Even in such a tough market, Matt managed to help us seek out the perfect opportunity. From the moment we contacted him, and all the way through the process, he was easy to communicate with, and incredibly professional. He was also relentless in his pursuit to find us exactly what we wanted, but at the same time also mentioned we would look at as many properties as needed with no pressure to close, because he was so determined to find us the "right" place. The person who recommended Matt to us, referred to him as the "Pitbull" of the Realestate game. Now I can totally see why.
