Great experience with Matt. He’s really plugged in! Our experience with him was one of we us meeting to discuss the listing of our home on a Wednesday evening (as we have become empty nesters and thought why not downsize). We did not have a chance to even consider listing it before Matt was able to bring a buyer to us and within days, we had a private offer on the table and was Conditionally Sold. I had the good fortune of being recommended Matt by a former colleague of his. I live in Toronto so already buying in a city I don’t know we’ll puts me in a disadvantage. However, Matt made the process seamless. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and helped me shortlist a few properties with great potential. Then he set up numerous virtual showings in a timely manner. Matt is the best realtor I’ve ever worked with and sold our home in a week! Admittedly, our house was half-renovated and likely a more challenging one to have on the market. He was communicative, realistic, and kindly answered all of our silly questions. He was accurate in this estimate of what we should list for and what we should expect to get from a sale. And, he worked hard to ensure that we weren’t apprehensive about the sale.

The best sales experience I’ve ever had.

I met Matt a while a few years back and when I was thinking of buying my first home and passed the idea by him a few times before I was seriously ready to pull the trigger.

Although I’d mentioned my intentions of purchasing to him a number times, he never pressured or solicited a sale from me.

When I was finally ready, we sat down and had a conversation. I passed along some ideas that I’d had but Matt was listening to the me about what my wants and needs were and was picking up on details I didn’t realize I’d passed over.

When I suggested I was looking to find a downtown apartment with a view and to support a playboy life style with a gym and coffee shop downstairs with easy access to downtown’s amenities.

He picked up the fact that I wanted to put some sweat equity into a project, like to work on my car, have fires in the backyard after a BBQ with some peace and quiet most nights.

He picked up on things I’d written off because I didn’t think I could find what I needed.

Matt’s no pressure reassurance led me to wait for a home I’d actually appreciate.

It didn’t take long for him to find the perfect belt line house with a garage and yard big enough for my summer hobbies that is still waking distance to all the amenities of downtown I actually wanted.

I’m sure if I dove into what I thought I wanted with almost any other realtor, I would have made a huge mistake.

With Matt’s knowledge of me, the city and his wealth of experience, he was able to help me find the perfect little home for me.

He was also great at walking me through the process. He introduced me to his mortgage broker, Maria who was able to help me line up financing before making the plunge. He kept me in the loop with every step of the process and made sure all of my nerves and anxieties were kept in check.

Possession day was simple and flawless because of all of his preparation.

Matt not only helped me, but has also helped my sister purchase her first home and my parents find the perfect investment property.

I will never hesitate to recommend or hand out Matt’s information to anyone who’s looking for a home.

Whether you're buying or selling Matt's the guy to go and see. As out of province shoppers we knew shopping would be tough but Matt traveled around the city at a moments notice to take videos and show us around and make the entire process simple and stress free. When it came to the sale he remained very committed and available for any questions we had along the way even coordinating with 3rd party partners to help us with our situation.
