Very happy with the work we did with Matt recently, purchasing a second property. He was very professional, knowledgeable and built trust with us quickly. Great attention to detail, nice guy without all the pressure. He listened to our needs and wishes and found the right property for us, not just “any” property. Sometimes agents tend to send you everything out there just looking for a sale, but Matt took the time to learn about us, our needs and tailored his approach to meet those needs. We felt very comfortable with Matt representing us as we were two hours away in Toronto and he was on top of everything. His service didn’t finish after we closed; he still checks in on us to see how things are going.
We would use him again in a heart beat, but he found us an amazing place that we are not moving from in the near future! So the best I can do is recommend him as your next agent!
