This team has done a fab in explaining things and setting up the expectations. James was very kind and honoured the price commitments like design incentives that were discussed during Christmas time
and ensured us getting them in JAN after holiday opening. Melisa was quick in providing responses as when we needed something and Efe was warm enough to greet us.
I would say 4/5.
Sales experts.
Why a point less is because they are not so transparent or unaware of basic upgrade prices even they failed to give rough estimate on pricy things like railing.but the cityscape team was able to do that when we initially went there which helped us a lot.
Design Team : Lisa, was our design consultant who helped us understand a lot of things and has been incredibly honest in with her opinion of our choices we’ve made. She made great suggestions and really quick in providing responses even after the design consultation day. one of the things that went terribly wrong has also been fixed made us happy.
I would say 4.5/ 5
She knows what she is doing.
I wish there is more time for this meeting as it was really rushing.

Construction Team :
Mr Ale Emery has been incredibly helpful and went beyond and above to get us even some of the things that are not necessarily required to provide us like flat modern vent covers(floor register). We were not aware that our flooring vendor doesn’t sell them but he just got them by customizing just to not to disappoint us.
I would say 5/5 for him.

Few Trades : Claudia, Marisa(or Mary paint touch ups team) have done a great job these are real hard working people and fixed everything we have pointed so patiently.

Just completed a great transaction with my clients A & T! I can't provide an overall review, as our house is currently under construction, but I wanted to at least provide a review of our experience with the Sale and Design Centres.

Sale Centre - Melissa is absolutely amazing to work with. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and will do her very best to assist you. Even though we're way past the sales stage, we needed her assistance with a receipt, and she got back to us immediately. Couldn't have asked for a better sales rep.

Design Cente - Lisa was also amazing to work with. She was very knowledgeable and detailed oriented. She provided great advice. We walked away very happy with the home we designed. I really want to highlight that she was all about what would look best within our budget.

Overall, we've been very happy with the process. If the house is built as strongly as Melissa and Lisa's customer service, we'll be extremely happy!

Overall, my experience with Mattamy has been decent—the home is not as bad as some make it out to be. However, I was absolutely astonished by some of the responses I’ve received from the warranty team. For example, the one attached.

We had an issue with the faucets in our home, where the water splashes out onto clothes when using the washroom vanity.. When I purchased the home, I was assured that this would be addressed during the year-end warranty fixes. Yet, this is the response I received—essentially being told to limit the use of the faucet instead of having it properly fixed. Laughable. Note: the calcification concern noted in the response is false and has no impact on this issue.

I had been considering upgrading to a Cline this year, but I’ve put that on hold. With a bigger home, there’s even more that could go wrong, and I’m not willing to take that risk.

Mattamy home has very low build quality when its comes to housing either its townhome or single detached family homes its not just for one house that i am quoting i have seen several new builds in southwest community and i did saw flaws and chep quality of materials that they are using.

I enjoyed working with Efe at this location. Mattamy to me has the best floor plans. check out the fullerton model. She is responsive, supportive, return calls among many other good qualities. Finally, she work with my budget as it is not about a quick dollar but an opportunity to take care of each client, one at a time and providing you with the best advise to make an intelligent. I highly recommend Efe for all your housing needs. She is Awesome. 5 Stars to her.

couldn't have any worse experience in a new house!!
cheapest stuff used in the entire house! 15 days in the house and things are falling apart or not working! super embarrassing annoying and heartbreaking! shelves in house are falling off as we started hanging our clothes! bathroom rods fell off in the first week and we had to fix them on our own, nails in the carpet everywhere and builder didnt care to disclose the cheapest stuff being used! toilet seats have issues! bathroom exhausts wont work! embarrassed to even welcome any guests who want to visit our new house! all door handles are cheap and malfunctioning!
