We first met Matthew 7 years ago when we bought a house in St Albert through him. He was an eager and freshly minted real estate agent back then that did a good job for us.

Fast forward to Aug of 2024, we used him again to sell said house and also buy another one elsewhere. He helped negotiate a great price on the new place, but hit a massive homerun selling our St Albert house. He got us well OVER ASKING PRICE!!!

Matthew is punctual, informative and very responsive. He understands the importance of customer service. Over the years, he always remembered to pop over at Christmas with a gift. He hustles hard for his clients.

Matthew was the best! I signed with him after other real estate agents where being flaky and didn't regret it one bit! He showed me many houses at a drop of a dime and helped me secured my first home. He was very knowledgeable about the whole process (as a 1st time buyer I needed this), had lots of insight when viewing homes, and was very pleasant to deal with overall! I honestly was very happy to have him as my agent and would highly recommend him to anyone who is in the market of buying or selling any property! Again very impressed and happy with his services!

He helped me with both the purchase of my condo and subsequent sale as well.

Matthew Gillam is my recommendation. As an investor, ( or not) you will probably end up going to A TON of viewings. You want to find an agent who will give it 100% from the 1st viewing, to the 50th viewing. I've used a few agents before I met him. We've bought a few properties through him, and we'll keep buying through him. He's a fighter! I'd have Noone else in my corner.
