I had this company doing management for my property for a year and overall was very pleased with their service. They found me an excellent tenant, kept up good communication, helpfully answered my many questions and even threw in some freebies occasionally. I did find their management fee a bit steep, however that is the going rate these days among all companies. Definitely recommend them and David (in Delta) especially.

Edit (3 years later): I still have the same tenant, he is the best tenant I've ever had, and I owe that to the company. To reply David- the management rates at the time were 8% I believe.
