Let me look at a place, everything was good I was only one who looked at place. Person who showed me made it seem like everything was good. Then I had to ask several times for the application to be sent to me, weeks went by with no response. I called, at first they had trouble finding my application, then I was told there was no answer yet. Been almost a month still no answer. After this review they finally responded, but they never talked to me as they claim. Don't recommend this company!

If I could put a 0 star I would. By far the worst management company.. been waiting over 6 months for functioning lights and repairs. No effort made by company. No outreach. Building half condemned, gas code violations, black mould, it's horrible. Do not rent from this crook of a company.

Very poor! I turned up to the property to view it. The gentleman said hi and then go look around. Other than that he didn't speak to me. Then when I left and spoke to my partner I messaged and asked over text how to apply for this property as I loved it. I never got a response. I could of chased this up but I didn't. If you cannot respond to someone keen to apply for a property through you, then you're not a company I would like to rent from.

It's sad, was a beautiful home but a bad experience!

I paid my rent at exactly 11:27am on July 1st i know because i screenshot every e-transfer i make. Yesterday July 2nd you guys sent me a “Delinquent” email saying that as of 10am on Tuesday I haven’t paid my rent? You guys have auto deposit…. Not my problem you don’t pay attention and read the message attached to the e-transfer stating where the payment is coming from. I never got my invoice like usual after i made payment so i had to call to get the invoice which was dated like i paid Tuesday yet i paid Monday.. Get it together MPS.

I highly recommend Maximum Property Solutions to anyone in need of a home! Jessica was phenomenal in securing my brother and I a beautiful new home and since then Anita has been nothing short of spectacular in answering and handling any questions and concerns we’ve had as we’ve settled in! The whole team is incredible and very responsive and you won’t regret giving them a call!

I never got my security deposit back. I checked, they got the keys for my room back on time as well as no damage to the property during my stay was reported. I was staying in there Sandwich Street location until June’21. I was about to recommend the place to someone but recalled my experience with the management.

Update: I received the security deposit back. Firstly, thank you for processing it.
But i didn’t like the part where i had to send proofs that i paid it in the first place.
There should be a proper documentation/bookkeeping for all amounts paid by tenants. Since i paid it in cash, I really had to dig down my emails to look for proof of payment. The management should be aware of all this information.

I am new with Maximum Property Solutions and so far so good. I had a few new tenant hiccups but everything has been resolved or is in the process.
Anita has been very good at responding to maintenance requests/concerns promptly. Once my outstanding issues are resolved I will definitely give a 5 star rating because I do understand some things take time to settle in.

Maximum Property Solutions was recommended to me by my realtor and I’m glad to be one of their landlord clients for about 2 years. To me, the value the team brings when things go wrong justify their fees. From difficult tenants, to smaller unexpected maintenance issues, their Property Manager, Run, is incredibly responsive and helpful. My tenants have a good relationship with the Leasing Manager and Maximum Property Solution’s outreach is a great help when finding new tenants in a timely manner. I’ve also had positive experiences working with their Associate Property Manager when it comes to signing documents. As an out-of-town client, owning a rental property would not be possible without the great staff at Maximum Property Solutions.

To be fair, I would also consider shopping around when completing larger home renovation projects. Maximum Property Solutions has their own contracting team that completed smaller-mid level projects for my rental at a fair price and a reasonable timeline. The Maximum Property Solutions team makes owning a rental property significantly easier, but sometimes managing larger renovations yourself (like installing new windows) gives you more control and might be more economical.
