I am renting a dirty and damaged property. Damages on the entire property inside and out from previous tenants. I was met with extreme aggression from one agent of landlord, so I called this management company directly to be met with hostility and was called a lier by the manager while reading factual information in an email in their own exact words. The point of the call was for a new washing machine that I have not received since asking last month. I have made multiple attempts to contact and have been given the excuse that the agent was sick and off work so unable to respond. Both the agent and manager have known since it broke. My request for a new washer was sent 14 minutes after I was emailed by the agent that supposedly was not responding due to sickness and being off. You know it's bad when you have to ask two professionals to check their own attitude because when they answered the phone they were yelling and aggressive from the first word out of their mouth, not even so much is a how are you or anything that resembles professionalism. I have a 2 year old child that needs clean clothes and have been going to friends houses to clean them. They are charging unjustifiably expensive late fees. Utilities are included in my rent at my suite but upstairs tenants in seperate suite have utilities in their own name for some reason because of the management. Upstairs pay 100% of houses utilities even though their legal share is 60%. Not fair at all for me renting utilities included and upstairs paying full utilities for both suites. The landlord refuses to reimburse any of the remaining 40% utilities they are supposed to pay back. This is the definition of a Slumlord. Straighten up your business and conduct yourselves as a professional business. This is immoral and tenants are protected by rights because of management like this!

They helped me evict a horrible tenant, went out of their way to clean my house and sell it for a reasonable price considering what the tenant did. Took all the stress off me for the sale and paperwork, easy to work with.

Heed the other warnings here. I had a terrible experience with this rental company. Absolutely awful. Would give 0/5 if I could. Stay away.

This company is a joke. Do not rent from them what so ever. They will rip u off and make excuses when it is there fault

I would really check other options first before even considering these people, we had the unfortunate luck to be their tenants , after they took over for a bankrupt realtor and wow hat a gong show, no contact ,they basically kept the damage deposit for no reason don't supply a cost list or anything , I think they didn't have the money, but they ripped me and the wife off with 3kids , so obviously do your homework and don't get sucked in .

Hi all. I saw a for sale sign in my area and googled it to check on the price. Way too expensive a property for me. I don't know this real estate company at all.
