The absolute best real estate team in Hamilton!

My husband and I had an absolutely incredible experience shopping for our first home with the McCarroll team. Especially our agent, Adam Cooke. Adam was friendly, professional, relaxed and forthright. He exhibited excellent knowledge of the area and current market. I never once felt like he was trying to push us in a direction we weren't comfortable with and he even went out of his way to pick out possible properties for us to look at. Even honing in our taste and needs very quickly! He was flexible and accommodating to our work schedules when it came to viewings and answered all correspondence promptly and in a friendly manner. It's a little embarrassing for me to admit but he even talked me down from a minor melt down when we had a conflict with the seller's conditions.
The operations manager, Shannan, was also extremely expeditious when communicating with us. It was also very clear that she really cared about us and our pursuit of a home to call our own.
