Sale, plein de mouches et sans wifi en plus !

7 septembre 2017 vers 17h.
Un coke diète et un cornet de crème à $1.59 chacun pour un total de $3.60.
Restaurant sale et plein de mouches. Aucun entretien avec aucun wifi même si on nous dit connecté. Nous voulions regarder des hôtels en ligne et n'avons pas pu. Fortement non recommandé.

Waited 30 minutes for our meal. 3 breakfast wraps with bacon hash brown and eggs. Got them and there was nothing but one slice of cheese, hash brown and a singular piece of bacon. And 90% mayo. Absolutely DISGUSTING. This place has gone downhill in the last year. Terrible experience everytime I’ve gone there lately

Had to adjust the rating for this place, dropping it to 2. If by some miracle they manage to get the order correct and not miss items, the food is dry, a complete mess, or just otherwise disappointing. It has also become the same cost as a dine in restaurant. Thank you, this may just be the kick in the pants we needed to completely stop ordering anything from here. I'd have give 1 star but I'm sure they could manage to still do worse.

McDonald’s ran out of coke syrup and I basically had dark fizz in a cup. After returning to have them correct their mistake I had to fight to get a new drink. They also would not give me a simple refill of my other drink. I believe after I had to drive there drive home then repeat to get something fixed to give two simple drinks would be the least of a multi billion dollar corporations worries.

I went there today with my family. We order for 3 meals and one happy meal. The staff were so helpful. They helped us to download the mcdonalds app and informed us the benefits about the app. We did the dine there. They bring the food on our table very quick. Staff was so friendly, she gives the colouring sheet to my children to play . I suggest to everybody if anyone wants a quick lunch , please visit this location.

Since I am a fairly regular visitor to the Brandon restaurants, the customer service has gone down hill since the franchise group (Brandon restaurants ) owners changed. They are less polite and responsive to complaints and the management are only interested in profitability. The restaurant cleaning has also got terrible!

Sometimes the coffee is great.
Sometimes it tastes watered down like they used 3/4 packet or SS NN.

Every single time we come through the drive through we are told to wait (even when there is nobody behind us). This time specifically we ordered 2 DLMs, a rootbeer, large fries and medium fries and were told to wait in spot 3 because “we have an order on fries and it’s our policy” and we waited 10 mins for COLD LIMPY FRIES. Mcdonald’s keeps going down in quality- especially this location.
