I had an incredibly negative experience when I first moved in , Irene was the one who assisted me, and she was very kind and accommodating. Unfortunately, she left the company right after my arrival. To begin with, someone occupied my underground parking spot for over two weeks. When I requested a refund since I couldn't use it, they simply provided me with another spot. During checkout, Christina Ho was quite disrespectful; she remarked that although I had only lived in the apartment for a year, it appeared as if I had been there for many years. Regarding the stove, she claimed that we were given a new one and should return it in the same condition, but after a year of use, how could it still be brand new? The apartment wasn't in perfect condition when I moved in, they charged me 300 for painting . When I asked for the manager's contact details, she informed me that she was the manager and that any complaints would be directed to her regardless. This explains why, in just one month, more than six residents have moved out due to the management and the rental costs. It’s hard to believe you would pay nearly $2000 for a tiny two-bedroom apartment, especially when there are plumbing issues and noisy neighbours, yet when you file a complaint, no one seems to care. My lease ended on Oct 31,2025. I was thinking to move to the upper level since it’s cheaper, I told Christina long enough but she kept saying this is not under our management, while I was about to move out two people came to view and we had a chat , they confirmed that’s there’s two in the top floor and is cheaper and under the company management.they charged me almost 4000 for moving out , I brought two of my friends to takeover , but they kept refusing so they can charge me, they kept telling that is not available till January. The building is almost empty every body moved out.

My apartment wasn’t in terrible condition; she had already billed me $150 for cleaning, so why do I have to pay an additional $300 for painting? I was expressing my dissatisfaction with her tone. Why am I not entitled to request the manager's phone number? However, it's clear to me now that you all coordinated this and are unwilling to address any concerns from residents. I indicated that I was considering moving up, but she claimed there were no units available. Now, you have taken two months' rent along with $600 for cleaning, which is absurd.

Moving into McLeod Realty Rainer Apartments was a breeze thanks to the super Linda Charland. The viewing was exceptional, Linda showed me around and made clear all of the details, provided all necessary information and was able to answer all of my questions. She made me feel comfortable renting here with her warm welcome. After moving in for a couple of months I’m very pleased with my decision to settle here. The building is extremely clean and free of any pests. Neighbours are quiet and considerate of others. Thank you Linda for making the move effortless and assisting me throughout the process.

I’ve had an amazing experience living in this apartment community, thanks to the outstanding service provided by our assistant manager, Cheryl Evans. She has always gone above and beyond to ensure the residents’ needs are met, handling every situation with professionalism and a friendly attitude. Whether it’s maintenance requests or general assistance, Cheryl Evans is always quick to respond and exceptionally helpful. Her dedication truly makes this place feel like home. Highly recommend the management here!

As a senior looking for a quiet setting to enjoy life the apartment that we live in is the worst I have ever been in. Other tenants have no respect for other people living here. Every weekend the police are here. Tenants let people in the building who are banging on doors kicking them in. If you are renting to anyone that has money without checking references etc. The company does not know how to manage at all

I stayed in the Ravine townhouses for 2 years and Bethany was always so responsive and helpful! Any issues we had were resolved quickly. She made the moving in and moving out process very easy and straightforward.
