Brett Osness Desjardins Insurance agency. I came across was brokerage firm after two weeks of getting online insurance quotes for my home and vehicles. Parking was horrible if you have a large truck or Suv- Escalade. Clean inside. Beautiful bathrooms as well.

It's still pretty new and not fully developed but already some amazing little shops in there. A great sandwich joint, amazing pastries, the place I go for electrolysis in the nail salon, and my dermatologist. Let's see what else gets developed in here.

This building is horribly confusing and the parking is absolutely atrocious! Very poor signage on where things are, elevators that go no where, every door to get inside that I tried was locked until I finally found the "lobby". If you have to go here, arrive a good half hour before your appointment especially on your first visit!

Very nice building, pretty inside and out, parking is pricy considering location and lack of proximity to the core, hospitals or transit,
