Ive lived here for about 4 years now, whenever you have an issue with something in the building the team in the office is quick to get it sorted for you.
Yesterday we somehow had a wasp come into my childs room, I am absolutely terrified of wasps and couldn't get it myself so I asked if someone from the maintenance team could do it for me to my surprise they sent someone over (despite that its not part of their job technically). I honestly don't know what I would have done if he didn't. It's nice that they go above and beyond to take care of the residents here.

-10/10 staff are clueless and refuse to repair their buildings properly this building is a fire hazard due to main entrance security door isn’t functional 100% of the time they refuse to use the proper hardware provided to keep the lock from moving they refuse to repair it after 2 weeks of complaining about being stuck shut and or left unlatched for days on end their “fix” is two tiny cheap screws holding the handle to 18-20 gauge steel. These are like wall receptical screws. I’ve complained about their poor workmanship. It takes them 3 attempt’s minnimum to do anything half right. Clear well over 150,000k a month with these buildings in this lot of land yet can’t replace a damn lock worth what a few hundred bucks. Boardwalk is by far the worst company to rent with… can’t get rid of their cockroach infestation and god know what else goes on in the other buildings

The service provided is excellent, and the team, especially Natalia, is exceptional. Natalia stands out for her patience, helpfulness, and prompt assistance whenever issues arise.
