Collin is absolutely wonderful! He’s always so kind, helpful, and genuinely cares about everyone in the building. No matter the issue, he’s there with a smile, ready to help, and he goes above and beyond to make sure we’re comfortable. Colin is a great building manager, he always is ready to help tenants and solve any issue, always is available when you need him, for example today he clean the parking lot entrance and put salt to avoid accidents!! He is awesome!!

Me and my better half are obsessed with the building managers on site here ( Stephen and Samantha ). They are truly the best caretakers you could ask for in every sense of the word. The building is also kept wildly clean, I swear there is cleaners there every few days. Very roomie apartments, quality appliances, beautiful views and very decent pricing. Its a wicked place to live, and we have lived in 8+ apartment buildings. Thanks Stephen and Sam !!!
