I can't say enough about the amazing experience we had dealing with Meagan as our real-estate agent. We were buying when the market was extremely hot. So it already was a tough scenario for a buyer. We made several attempts on homes that had so many bids. Everytime Megan worked so hard to get our offers in and try make it happen. We were getting discouraged when an opportunity came up to look at a house that was going on the market later that morning. Once again Meagan instantly went to work had us viewing it within a couple hours. We quickly decided this was the house for us. We talked with Maegan we explained we would give the owners what they were asking. That we would raise our little ones there and, we would take very good care of it. Again Meagan went to work. She wrote a beautiful letter on our behalf explaining exactly how we felt. That same evening not 12 hours since it had been put on the market Meagan called and said that the owners were not going to show it to anyone else. They wanted us to buy their home. Meagan went above and beyond being a real-estate agent. She helped our family get our home as if it was her own. You could hire anyone to buy or sell a house for you. However if you want someone that genuinely cares, and treats you like family and is one of the best in the business. Maegan is the agent for you. I would recommend her to anyone, and if I ever need an agent again I know exactly who that will be.

Meagan was always available for any viewings we wanted and always answered the phone (at any time) to answer questions we had. We lucked out and found a property that worked for us. The first time I met Meagan was when she went out of her way and gave up her Friday night to show me a beautiful newly listed home at 11 pm on a Friday night, with short notice! Meagan’s attention to detail is outstanding. She is cheerful, organized, professional and her experience as a realtor allowed her to give the right advice to help the house offer go through and turn into my new home. Everything with Meagan was handled with care and a strong sense of professionalism. We truly felt like she was working for us, rather than the other way around. She negotiated on our behalf and was resourceful in conducting research to help us make the most educated decision. Her attention to detail was impeccable, from finding the extra cans of paint underneath the stairs, to also teaching us how to use our new bath tub drains that most people struggle with when they first move in. She caught cracks in the wall, tile, and garage pavement floor that allowed us to have them fixed beforehand. It also was hugely beneficial to find out what was all still covered under the home/builder's warranty to have the developers get to work quickly. Our inspection was conducted during the new COVID days and both her and her partner treated us and the home with the required care. We felt absolutely taken care of every step of the way. Couldn't have asked for much more. Her personality is so great and bubbly, but she's also assertive to make business happen. If she felt like we deserved more, she definitely spoke up! 10/10 would strongly recommend Meagan to friends, family, and my community. I also look forward to working with her again.
