Meaghan was the shining light in a very difficult home sellers' market. Our home selling process was not what we expected at all - following the market crash this spring, we encountered numerous difficulties and challenges that were not in our plans. Through all of them, Meaghan stood with us. From practical advice to market insights to constructive feedback on home touch-ups and price changes, Meaghan always had our back. Even when things got tough and affected us emotionally, Meaghan was there. She was extremely dedicated - doing as many open houses and showings as we needed, and standing up for our needs as sellers. When our house would not sell, Meaghan helped us find an amazing family to lease the property. Although the journey was not at all what we expected, we've ended up with an outcome that works for us for now, and much of that is thanks to Meaghan. I am not sure that another realtor would have put as much time, energy, and emotion into our property and everything we have had to go through. For that, I will always be grateful. When the time comes to try to sell again, we will be going straight to Meaghan and highly recommend her to anyone.
