We have to do a special mention to Sageevan for his help installing our lights. We’ve lived in other building and condos and it’s brilliant that Medallion has staff to help with installations. He is very knowledgeable and efficient.

I would give this management office a BIG FAT zero. When I signed my lease, I submitted all the required documents, including a cheque to set up automatic rent payments. Everything appeared to be in order—until I was shocked to receive a court notice claiming I hadn’t paid rent for three months.

I began receiving repeated letters in my mailbox and at my door. At no point did I receive any notification of a failed payment (NSF), because there wasn’t one. I contacted the management office multiple times by phone and email, but no one was willing to assist me. One staff member, R, responded dismissively, saying, "I wasn’t here when you signed the lease." I was stunned—that’s not an acceptable response. What I expected was, “Let me look into this for you.”

Eventually, I spoke to another staff member who simply told me to check with my bank. Again, no empathy or effort to investigate. I know my payments are made automatically, and no NSF occurred. Clearly, someone in accounting made a serious error when processing my payment information, and no one took accountability or even acknowledged the mistake.

To make matters worse, I was served court papers and told I owed $322.05 in court fees. Why should I be responsible for that when the error wasn’t mine? Management refused to provide any explanation beyond saying the ledger showed non-payment.

This isn’t the only issue. I’ve reported smoking in my hallway—nothing was done. A package was stolen—again, nothing was done. The management team lacks basic communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills. The way tenants are treated here is unacceptable. Up to this moment I never received a proper explanation what occurred. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE.

I’m frankly surprised by the 5 stars review here, because Medallion left me with a very unprofessional impression after 2 years of living in one of their buildings. My stars are for the friendly cleaning and maintenance staff in the building(they’re 5 stars), but the management itself is detached and unprofessional in my experience.
From the very start, the whole renting process felt very cold and unfriendly. As a foreigner living in Canada for almost 10 years now, I think renting with Medallion has been the most uncomfortable renting process so far. I understand the need to vouch for legal status and financial situation, but the scrutiny and the process left me with a feeling that they didn’t want to rent to me. Perhaps I should have taken that feeling seriously from the start. This is but a minor problem to be honest. The bigger problem is a lack of communication from management office. So many emails left unanswered and it’s like nobody picks up the phone at the office. It’s highly unprofessional so I’m baffled by the good reviews here.
I have not received any interest from last month’s rent, which again, not a big deal, but the previous buildings I’ve lived in have always been quick and upfront about it. Talking to other tenants in the building has also made me aware how things got worse since they took over.
Maybe it’s an isolated case (like one building out of the, what, hundreds that they manage) but I think Medallion should be made aware.

I’m frankly surprised by the review of my landlord. I recently received an N4 eviction notice, which gives me 14 days to resolve the issue. The notice includes an option to contact the management, along with a manager's name and phone number. I emailed them the same day I received the notice to resolve the issue but received no response. I've also left a message and tried calling multiple times, but nobody has responded. Do they even have staff in the property management office who can respond to emails?
Do they really mean all the words they have on that letter about contacting them if you need help with a payment structure or anything else? How can you resolve an issue when the other party is not cooperative? And yet, they're still getting good reviews. Hmmm…

I’m hoping this reaches the head office I spoke to today!
While I still have to rate my apartment office a zero, and Emanuel (the superintendent) definitely deserves 5 stars, the person I truly want to highlight is RUTH.

RUTH — you are incredible.
This amazing woman from head office solved one of the many ongoing issues I’ve been facing at the Revo site, and she did it with urgency, compassion, and professionalism. She took initiative and got things done — within just 3 hours — something the local office hasn’t been able to accomplish in over three years, especially during the last three months, which have been the most distressing.

Ruth didn’t just fix a problem — she lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. Her compassion, understanding, and action reminded me that there are people who genuinely care and will step up to do what’s right. She truly made a difference in my life today.

Please, give Ruth a raise. Let her be the voice people hear — because she listens, she acts, and she gets real results. She’s the kind of person who restores your faith in others.

Thank you so much, Ruth.
You reminded me of myself — someone who tries to help others whenever they can.
You are appreciated more than you know ❤️🫡

If I could give zero stars, I would.

This is regarding Blossomgate in London Ontario.

Living at one of this company’s properties has been nothing short of a nightmare. The management is completely unresponsive and shows zero accountability. Emails and phone calls go unanswered, sometimes for years. I have an entire folder of documented attempts to reach out, proving just how poor their communication and follow through really is.

Basic maintenance requests are either ignored or take forever to be addressed. Ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable living environment is clearly not a priority for them.

A quick Google search confirms this isn’t just a one off experience. This company is not BBB accredited and currently holds an F rating. Reviews across multiple properties consistently point to the same issues: lack of response, poor building upkeep, and neglectful management.

They often reply to negative reviews with a copy and paste “We’re sorry to hear this, please reach out to us”, but don’t be fooled. Reaching out goes nowhere. I’ve tried for ages to get a response from my property manager, the area manager, and even the head office, all with no success.

This is by far one of the worst management companies I’ve ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor: research before signing anything and steer clear if you value your peace of mind and well-being.

Sageevan has been such an amazing help since moving in. We are impressed with his quick response time. We needed our sink unclogged and he was successful in helping us. We also wanted our a new faucet put in and he was also successful. We are very happy that Medallion has made maintenance a priority here.

If you’re considering renting from this property management company, be prepared to say goodbye to your rental deposit—because you likely won’t see it again.

I lived at 555 Sherbourne St for two years and moved out in January 2025. As of now—three months later—I’m still chasing them for the return of my deposit. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they have been completely unresponsive. Emails go unanswered, and when you call the management office, they simply tell you to email them—only to ignore you again.

By law, tenants are supposed to receive their deposit back within 30 days. It’s now been over 90 days with no updates, no explanations, and absolutely no accountability.

If tenants were this negligent with rent payments, management would take immediate action. But when the roles are reversed, they act like the rules don’t apply to them.

I’m not asking for a favor—I’m simply asking for what’s rightfully mine. At this point, legal action is something I’m seriously considering. Rent elsewhere if you want peace of mind.
