I've recently been assaulted in the hallways of one of their buildings and even after the police helped, they wouldn't help. When it was there tenant that the previous management wanted to evict sending me ten feet down my hallway!!!!! Meicor is an abusive sham.

They don't care who they employ, they refuse to pay for changing the locks after break ins, there management will cuss you out over the phone over the simplest of issues rather then control themselves. The water cuts off randomly and so does the heat, these guys are the most neglectful management I've ever seen.

Very unpleasant experience.
Called in June as there was a property available, we're told that it was offered to another couple, only to get a call back and say they turned the opportunity down and we could apply, I happily sent in my application immediately. I did not hear back for a few days, and they were closed over the weekend. I put in a call Monday, only to be told they were not taking us on as tenants and would not give a reason. My husband and I are gaining fully employed and have amazing references. But I accepted it. I recently called back to see if we could reapply and what the reason was for us not being accepted although they are still looking for tenants. She told me that it was our application as a whole that she would not accept us, and refused to give me a reason we have one cat, which are allowed on this property. And one child. We've never had bad reviews from landlords or anything and are amazing tenants. I am EXTREMELY displeased with the level of incompetence. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was. Long story short, if you wanna get rejected from places you are an amazing fit for, with no reason for rejection, contact meicor!

I have provided two landlord references and two job references. And they got all good review from landlord and work references . After that my application was declined and the reason was there was less references. They need more than two references. Ok, fine. But this is not professional way to deny any application without asking for extra references. But I have extra references but they refused to take those. Don’t know why. This was my best-worst professional experience.
Really disappointed.

A perfectly reasonable and easy to work with property management company.

I found myself in the admirable situation of being able to move from Victoria back to my beloved North-ish Island. The real estate/rental market up here is getting a bit nuts, but Meicor has been fantastic to work with. they were swift in their response when we inquired about any rental properties, their caretakers have been professional and kind, and the office staff has continued to be fantastic to work with.

They answer questions quickly (usually within a day or two, i only waited longer once and that was during a very busy season) and they've always given me reason to believe that they are interested in being fair and equitable in their dealings with their tenants, and have been absolutely hands off unless something repair/maintenance related has come up.

If you find a place managed by Meicor, rest assured, they'll treat you well and give you peace of mind.

Worst people ever, called the suggested lady who's been renting the property i was interested in 40 times from morning till evening but she didn't pick the call, finally when she picked the call.. she just heard me saying i am looking for a rental .. she said its been rented rudely.. she was old so i respect her but the way she used to communicate wasn't acceptable. Don't work if you cant be nice to people. Don't wanna say her name as its not necessary.
Also if its been rented, why its still on ur site showing listing available.
