My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Melanie as our agent to sell out home. We met with several agents from the large companies prior to her and felt that she was the most genuine agent we met with. She was never pushy or contacted me several times prior to meeting. She never tried to sell us anything but simply let us know what their company stands for and that they are a full service real estate company. (That includes professional photos, drone if needed, marketing etc.)

At first we were hesitant to pick 1% as it seemed too good to be true. All the other agents were pushing 4-5% “standard” commissions and were so pushy. Trust - us there’s no need to be hesitant and that is definitely NOT a standard. At the end of the day- your investment in your home should not cost you 4-5% to sell it!
