Merina Seisan you are awesome! Merina helped me find a place that I loved in my budget and was very knowledgeable. She got my offer accepted over other competitive offers and was a pleasure to work with. The place I purchased was a short sale where some issues came up at the bank during closing out of our control, but no matter what the issues were Merina was very helpful and able to resolve everything.
