Well metcap took over in Jan.
We have pools on site.... THEY ARE NOT OPEN, devastated. Also pools advertised on website. Times our financially tough, tenants rely on the pool to keep us cool and entertain our kids.
We don't have onsite SUPERINTENDENT which is fine. However our bldg isn't so great now. The SUPERINTENDENT s favor some tenants. Metcap seems to be trying to get on board as cheap as possible.
Metcap hired a company to plant flowers they aren't even being watered. Money could have been spent on pool.

Most horrible living experience ever. Bed bugs, unclean living conditions, stench… and most of all, the unprofessional, rude and dumb set of people working in these organization who thinks everyone has to be ruled as of they own led them. Moved out within 2 years…

It wasn't as bad. Mostly the superintendent at Dowling building are the best. Responded rightaway if there's an issue in my unit. That's one thing metcap got. Very good building Managers.

We were allocated viewing time on 21st Dec'24 for a property at Arlington Blvd. Even though we reached the premise on time, there was no one to show us around. The phone number mentioned were not reachable. We took time out of our schedule to view the property over the weekend which got wasted. This is highly unprofessional.

They don”t even deserve one star. The management is busy working at another place. There is nobody in the office. The lobby is dirty, the laundry room is always a mess. The washers and dryers are not working. The elevators even repaired recently people get stuck. The shelter is close to the building always their is people in the lobby smoking etc.. in the stairs random people are sitting. you have to wait for months if you want something repaired in your unit. No security guard. God knows if the camera even works . The only thing metcap is good for is how to increase RENT.

All the one star reviews are accurate and reflect my experiences with MetCap. They took over from our old management company about a year ago and are doing a piss poor job. They raised the rent of vacant units by $1000 the second they took over the building. Absolute scum.

Metcap is synonym of greed and bad management. Dont say we didn't tell you.

And be careful, the CEO might run over you with a car. If you dont believe me, google it.
