Closest grocery store in town as it’s centrally located in the city. Clean and well organized store with easy accessible shopping options. Prices are bit higher as compared to other stores but it’s worth it when you need something urgently and don’t want to go farther.

It was only 08:10 pm when asked one of the employees to pack a cake from the bakery section. Staff clearly refused on my face and told they are short staff and can’t do that. She was clearly standing doing nothing but unwilling to help.

Even though I could see a lot of other staff working all around the store. Nobody was willing to help.

I guess it’s better to shut down the bakery section if you are unwilling to sell cakes.

Poor customer service.
I would understand if it really close to 09:00 pm that they are about to close. But it doesn’t take more than 2 minutes to pack a cake from the counter seeing they had ample of workers and time.

I have mixed feelings about this place and giving it a review. It's a staple place in my life, has competitive prices, convenient location. I liked it better when it was open later, but who didn't. Heres my main beef, I was told that I couldn't get bones cut smaller for my dog, but in the pictures I'm posting there, they are?

Worst customer service coverage for bakery. I've had to wait 10 minutes everytime I went to get something from bakery. Any time I have gone, the associate has been on break. I get that you are short staffed but have other associates trained to assist customers when associates are on break instead of just watching people.

This place always has nice staff willing to lend a hand. The shelves are always stocked well and the prices are sometimes fair depending what your buying.

Nothing special, exactly what you'd expect from a grocery store. Prices are a little high, did not find good deals or sales.
