Struggle is real

Worst customer service in the parts department by the lady on the front desk in parts at night. Firstly, she was not there on her desk and we had to wait for 15 minutes to be able to speak to her. She finally came on desk and was not at all ready to help us. Before coming here, I called their parts department and asked them if they would be able help me, to which they said yes. But upon driving for 1 hour and reaching here this lady did not listen to me at all and straight up said she cannot help me.
The minute she started talking to me I felt from her attitude that she was not interested in doing her job and was not going to help me. She just told me to come back in the morning.
No regards for customer's time at this location, please avoid at all costs.

Hi phone service is worst we trying to call them first no one answered if they answer transfer our call to part department it’s bean more then 1 hrs no one answer it’s not good if person live far drive all the way for 1hrs before we need to know parts is available or not they called but no answer it’s not right u guys are close 4 o’clock Saturday if someone only have off Saturday then?
Please improve ur phone call service please one person can answer we know store busy but all customers important please

Worst customer service in Parts department. No value for customer’s time. Their system has been down for 2 weeks due to which they are making their customers suffer. We called them before driving an hour to confirm if they’d be able to help us, to which they responded positively. But upon reaching, first we had to wait for 15 minutes since no one was their on the desk. Finally a lady came back and said she cannot help us. On top of all this lady in the parts department was were rude. She said “whoever you talked to over the phone is not here now so I cannot help ”.
Being south asian and facing racism from a white lady in the GTA area is the last thing I expected.
But I was not able to find any other valid reason for her rudeness.

Great & quick service. I ordered some parts and they made it available asap. Main thing i like the most is their late working hours.

Book a brand new semi truck with them with booking advance $5000, after wait for 10 months they refund deposit without any reason and said your booking is cancelled.
Worst experience with them.
Book a truck with sales person Madan, never go to this branch if you go never deal with Madan.
They waisted my 1 year with waiting period and cancelled the truck delivery after that.
