Monica is great! She is on top of any and all issues and gets them sorted out quickly. She get quotes for tradesmen, snow removal etc and keeps our investment property running smoothly. Worst property brokers I’ve ever dealt with. Monica Van Berlo is such an unprofessional person who doesn’t know how to interact with their clients. Very rude and disrespectful they don’t even deserve this one star rating.
And yes I texted you back n forth just to see if we could arrange viewing on a different date/time but you didn’t have to be that rude..
