Our home in North Saanich recently sold. Many thanks to Debra Bartlett and Michele Holmes for their very professional representation. Marketing was excellent, advice sound and exposure all we could have asked for. There was a glitch on closing where the purchasers money did not arrive for several days. Michele and Debra stayed on top of the situation and regularly communicated as events unfolded, leading to a successful closing. Their knowledge and support during the whole journey was much appreciated.

There ended up being some issues with respect to this sale, and Debra handled them very diplomatically. The communication she spoke about when we first contacted her was in place throughout. She gave us good advice without pressuring us to follow it, and everything she recommended turned out to be exactly what we needed to do. We had a condo on the market during a relatively flat period, and she did a great job selling it.
