Had the displeasure of working with Mike last November when purchasing a property and I already had a bad taste of realtors. I let him know my past experiences and he assured me he was different that was a lie! He’s everything that he said he would not do, very Pushy only cares about making a sale. He’s very lazy in the 3 months we used him he didn’t bring us one hose we ha to constantly search for houses with no help from him at all. When we finally found something he pushed us the whole way through till the sale was done then I didn’t here from him again had to remove the lockbox off the house my self months later and the for sale sign. I strongly suggest that you save yourself the trouble and use someone else.
