Michael is a great agent. He’s the first person that comes to mind when I was looking for a place. He’s really knowledgeable and up to date with the housing market. Best of all he’s patient. Always willing to walks you through the process, and take your input into consideration. You can really tell he gives you his all and you’re just not another number. Michael Tam is someone I can recommend to anyone looking to purchase a home in Toronto. I have had an amazing experience working with Michael to purchase my first home, and there is no one else I can think of recommending. Honestly, as a first time home buyer, it is overwhelming how much there is to learn, and how much there is to understand to make sure that your home acts both as a home but also an investment. Michael has been with me throughout the full process, and I can't thank him enough for how instrumental he was in helping my fiancé and I in finding our perfect first home. Michael was always reachable at all hours of the day, and yes we have had some very late calls to coordinate various offers.
