She is a diligent and detailed oriented real estate professional who made the process of selling our home smooth & absolute. What we particularly liked about Michelle ( we had 2 other agents visit our home but they were rejected ) was she showed great knowledge of the local housing market twinned with the wider appeal of our home - she demonstrated confidence with whom, how & when she would market our house to incredible success. Our house enjoyed a very busy 10 day listing period ( Michelle advised against an open house - very shrewd move ) & we received multiple offers, all significantly above the asking price. She is supported by a very well chosen team - the video / photography for social media was a highlight for us ( very effective ) & her staging team delivered impressive results. Michelle was very quick to return calls / text messages / emails ( well beyond business hours ) and we could not have asked for more of an agent that what Michelle did for us. Racist and Unprofessional Behavior Drove Us Away

We recently toured a open house that we absolutely loved and were ready to make an offer on. Unfortunately, our experience was completely ruined by the realtor’s racist and unprofessional behavior. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that we were being treated differently because of our race/ethnicity. The realtor’s dismissive and offensive comments made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, which is unacceptable in any situation, let alone when making such an important decision.

Despite loving the property, we ultimately decided not to proceed with an offer solely because of the realtor’s behavior. No one should be made to feel this way, especially in a professional setting. I would strongly recommend avoiding this realtor if you expect to be treated with respect and fairness.
