I am so incredibly grateful for the compassion and service both of these ladies provided with the sale of my deceased father’s condo. We were reccomended these lovely ladies by a coworker of mine. Michelyn and Shauna are very sweet and funny. Since this is our first home, I was worried that my experience would be the same as going to a dealership. Was I wrong! There was no pressure, they were honest, and gave us tips and tricks on what to look for. They actually reccomended this home to us to look at right before our viewing on another property. We loved that they took the time to find us something that met our needs.

Michelyn was great to work with! After receiving a job offer across the country, I had a very short amount of time to get the house listed and sold.
She offered up helpful styling tips and brought in a wonderful photographer. With only a couple of showings scheduled, we had an offer on the table. Michelyn was quick to negotiate a deal and have the property taken care of before I had to leave the province. Michelyn was fabulous in helping us buy our home. We weren’t super experienced in buying houses but Michelyn gave us what we needed to be informed and feel confident in our purchase.
