Zero stars is what it should be. They’ve continued to charge us for two months after the storage unit was properly cancelled with notice. You can’t speak to anyone and no one will call you back. Do NOT use them for your storage needs.

Avoid at All Costs: Insecure, Unhelpful, and Negligent!

I cannot stress enough how crucial it is to stay away from Midgard Storage in Kennesaw, GA. I had over $15,000 worth of items stolen from my unit, and the entire experience was a nightmare from start to finish.

First and foremost, Midgard Storage has severe security flaws. Their bolts and locks are incredibly easy to tamper with, allowing thieves to break in without much effort. This is not a one-off incident, as I later found out that multiple units had been compromised in the same way.

What’s even more frustrating is their complete lack of assistance during this ordeal. When I reported the theft, I received little to no help from their staff. They were indifferent and showed no sense of urgency or concern about the situation. It was as if they couldn't care less about the safety of their customers' belongings.

To make matters worse, Midgard Storage does not offer proper insurance options for high-value items. Despite storing valuable possessions, I was not given any viable insurance alternatives to protect my items adequately. This left me completely vulnerable and unprotected.

The negligence and apathy displayed by Midgard Storage are unacceptable. Their lack of proper security measures and poor customer service make this facility an incredibly risky choice for storing anything of value. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a more secure and reliable storage solution.

Stay away from Midgard Storage if you value your belongings and want peace of mind.

This place is TERRIBLE. They have gone completely virtual and you can't talk to a human. The prices are outrageous and they have raise the rent 3 times in 3 years. You literally can't talk to anyone on the phone, you just keep getting sent to corporate to a phone tree. I have never been more frustrated.

DO NOT STEP FOOT IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT! It is a bait and switch operation that makes its money off of bait and switch advertising and junk fees.
My next stop will be the Better Business Bureau

Although everything was virtual the process was very smooth. The virtual staff was there when I had questions. Love the location, the bldg is clean, wish they had more parking and/or the other patrons should not block all parking spaces. So far I have no complaints.

They have made sure my transition to another state and having a storage facility was easy. I did everything online and they even afforded me the opportunity to get a lock from them, and gave me the information I need to get into the facility and the combination to the lock so regardless of when I come into the city, I can begin to unload my truck and not have to wait till someone comes to work

I’m very pleased with the site and the cleanliness of the facility and staff member David was very helpful, the virtual call was great first time experience that but overall I’m satisfied with my storage unit location not too much walking and climate control!!✊⚡️

They jacked up my rent twice in one year and said it was so they can pay their staff more. Then they sent an email that they are going to virtual staff with no people in the building? Who are they paying with my money? I will be leaving as soon as I can from these dishonest money grabbers. Online payment portal is terrible. Go somewhere else if you have the option. If you must use this place beware.
