First off, I think it’s important to mention that the current real estate market has been such a fickle thing to navigate in the last few years: house prices, availability, interest rates, especially dealing with pushy real estate agents. It’s honestly refreshing to deal with someone who comes across so genuine; Mike has been a tremendous help with the entire process and has gone above and beyond to ensure that “we” are actually being looked out for. He’s been extremely helpful and courteous in answering all of our questions, even the silly ones, especially since we really didn’t understand much about the housing market.

Mike hosted and invited us to a free webinar, for first time home buyers, where he basically broke down the “need to knows” for people like us; explaining not just the obvious things like fixed vs variable rates but also things you don’t tend to think about – how to physically plan your move in - so you don’t end up paying a moving a company to sit around for several hours because there was a delay and you’re not actually getting your house key until later that day. We also had the opportunity to ask questions with a great financial coach Mike partnered with. It was honestly such a great experience, no scare tactics to make you felt like you needed to buy a property IMMEDIATELY, no sales pitches, just a relaxed discussion - plus it was virtual which was great because we didn’t even have to change out of our sweatpants to go anywhere, Ha!
