Michael was amazing to deal with. We met him originally at an open house, and had a great first impression, so after some further discussions with him and some other realtors we decided to move forward with him. Michael was always very responsive to any communication, always patient answering qeustions, and never pushy. Just as importantly in this market we found him very prompt to schedule viewings of any properties we were interested in, and quickly helped us navigate the offer process for a house we viewed that we were excited about trying to buy. We had a 2PM viewing request turn into a 6PM showing and a 9PM offer with his help. He gave great advice on our offer terms and we were successful as a result.
Based on how easy he made everything, we decided to engage with Michael again to list and sell our home when it was time, and he was outstanding. There was a massive volume of work and viewings he had to manage in a short time, and he was able to slow down the offer/decision making process for us and help us work through that calmly and logically so it wasn't overwhelming, which it easily could have been. At the end of the day with a LOT of Michael's hard work we got a great offer from a great buyer, he helped us navigate some speedbumps and surprises related to the offer conditions and buyer financing, and we would 100% use him again or recommend him to anyone.
