Our realtor Mike was absolutely out of this world! Not only did he market and have an acceptable offer on our house in 48 hours, but he also made sure we were getting everything we were looking for in our new home!! He made the whole experience stress free, seamless and literally had an answer for everything we needed to know!! This is our second purchase from Mike and both times he went above and beyond! We moved back to Alberta in the spring of 2024 after selling our home in New Brunswick. Travelling across Canada hauling a small camper with a cat was fun as we stopped along the way to visit with friends and family. We had lived in Calgary for 35+ years and after driving around we knew we wanted to move to a smaller community but with the amenities of a large city. Red Deer was our choice because it was halfway between Calgary and Edmonton and it was similar to our community in NB.
We contacted Mike after we made our decision and he was so easy to work with. Mike is very knowledgeable about Red Deer and surrounding communities. He knows the history of each area we looked at. The market was limited so we had to move fast to get a home. We had a clear idea what we wanted but realized that we would have to scale down our wants to get a good home that was move in ready. Mike worked very hard to get our offer in and have the inspection done quickly. We have been in our home for almost 2 months and we love it. I would recommend Mike to anyone buying in Central Alberta.

I didn't know any realtor in Red Deer and found Mike on the internet as I really liked his profile. Driving long distance from out of town, I really appreciated, as a senior that does not drive much, that Mike drove me to all the homes we viewed given I am not familiar with the area. Mike was very gracious and professional, knowing the City very well and it's history with his many years experience in the Real Estate Industry. He helped me maneuver around the ins and outs of contract legalities. I desired a copy of the house plans I settled on and to my amazement, Mike tracked down the home builder and obtain the plans for me. He also checked in with me several times after moving into my new home to make sure all was ok and I did not need any assistance. It does not get better than that! Ultimate service! Thanks a million Mike!

If you are needing a dedicated realtor with an endless amount of knowledge of his field Mike is the perfect fit. We could not have asked for a better person to help us not only sell our home but help us find our new home. Not only did he take on the challenge of selling our mobile home in a not so great neighborhood, in which he succeeded, when the new owners left a ton of garbage on the lot he took care of it all for us. He was also super patient over the next two years while we got back on track financially to find a new home to live in, still sending us picks he thinks we would like and taking us on viewings of the ones we did really think we would like. On the viewings he is great at discussing the possibilities the home could give you and your family, and is very helpful with advice when you find the one you love and putting in an offer. He provides a great social media page on Facebook, that he talks about the market, and helpfull insights to buying or selling your home. A lot that helped me when we proceeded to put in an offer. He really does everything he can to get you into the place you love, we will definitely work with Mike again when we are ready to move on from this place, but in the meantime recommend him to anyone we know in the market for a new house.
