Mike is a fantastic realtor and the service provided to us was fantastic. In particular he provided the names of people to fix a few blemishes to our house, move us out, search for an oil tank, and clean the house; all of these were effective, efficient and inexpensive. He got us an excellent price and when the first offer had issues found us an even better one. He also found out new residence and similarly helped with some issues that arose. He was attentive, prompt and unfailingly cheerful. We'd recommend him to anyone.
