Before buy their units please visit previous building 5333 Goring street that's terrible more than 30 floors just two small elevators and less than 10 visitor parking. One of elevators out of service and entry system in front of door doesn't work after almost two years it shows the quality of materials which they use . Access door to parking and visitor works with key not buzzer.party room and gym super small. The most ridiculous thing is that the door of the refrigerator and cabinet opens together, which means that even designing a refrigerator door separately from the cabinet was a difficult task for the designers. Every time we open the refrigerator door, we make our guests laugh.Stay away from their projects if your comfort and peace is important to you.

Do not buy Millennium. They cut corners on everything possible. Our building (all residences) are suffering from failing microwaves, washers, dryers, elevator, AC, central heating, water tower, parkade leaking, jacuzzi, pool filter... the list never ends and they do not hold themselves accountable. Unbelievably scummy business practices. You can ask any owner or renter in a Millennium building and they will all tell you the same thing.

Have been working with the Millennium Group for over 3 years and I could not have wished for better people and team to be working with. The most professional, honest and fair developer I have ever worked with. Time over time they have proven to be all about the good of the community and quality of the product. I have invested with them in L’Hermitage, Boheme, Alexandra and Millennium central Lonsdale projects and I can confidently say they are the best developer in town.

If you are wanting a great condo with a builder who cares, think no further . The Millennium group knows how to include great amenities in their projects , their attention to detail is unreal and the owners are very nice…

This developer does not fulfill the mandatory home warranty requirements. Millennium Development denies all the accountability and the responsibility for the new developments.
Be careful and stay away from their projects.
