The apartment itself is quite spacious and neatly maintained. We appreciated the layout and the general upkeep of the building—it’s a comfortable and well-organized space overall.

However, the biggest issue we faced was with the popcorn ceiling. It’s very old and in poor condition. Over time, we noticed a constant layer of fine dust settling on our furniture, even if left untouched for just a few hours. At first, we thought it was coming from outside or through the vents, but eventually realized the dust was coming from the ceiling itself. A simple touch causes particles to fall, and the ceiling continuously sheds dust into the living space.

This isn’t just inconvenient—it could pose a serious health risk with prolonged exposure. The need for constant cleaning became exhausting and concerning, and it ultimately led us to start looking for other options.

We’re not sure if other units have the same issue, but if you’re considering moving in, we strongly recommend checking the condition of the ceiling before making a decision. What might seem like a small issue at first can quickly become a daily hassle.

This is steps away from the downtown market. The building is quiet and the supers were nice. It was a really nice place to live and the apt layout we had was different with 2 baths and two bedrooms separated by the living-room. It was worth what we paid in rent, could not have done better.

Very bad application experience. No idea why in 2020 people need to provide a guarantor! and no one bothers to reply to emails or give reasons why when good credit and pay stubs have been submitted. not impressed.
