BEST decision ever!

We are absolutely thrilled with our 41-foot Gooseneck Arctic Layout from Mint Tiny Homes! The quality and functionality of the home is AMAZING—it truly suits us perfectly (2 adults and 2 big dogs). The entire building process was seamless, taking about 6-8 weeks. We appreciated the weekly picture updates that kept us in the loop as our home came together.

Delivery was flawless, and our driver took the time to walk us through everything, making sure we knew how everything worked. From the very first consultation, we felt we could trust Mint Tiny Homes, and that trust was well-placed. We even upgraded with a couple of their options, and we are so glad we did (ex: propane heater -- DO IT!)

Our home is SOO cozy, cute, and exactly what we envisioned. The customer service has been amazing throughout. If you're considering a tiny home, we highly recommend Mint Tiny Homes—they exceeded our expectations in every single way!

What a great experience we have had with Mint! We own a Canada Goose model and had it built during the pandemic. We patiently waited for the boarders to open so we could visit during the build process but they didn’t open until after our home was delivered to us. With that said, to aid in the process, Connor from Mint FaceTimed us and gave us a virtual tour of the warehouse and showed us how our build would happen in stages before and during our build, allowed us to customize various aspect of our home, walked us through payment options, sent us pictures and videos every step of the way, and in the end, arranged for our custom tiny house to be delivered to our first location in Central Valley, CA. Our delivery driver stayed and showed us how to level our home, safety features, our initial move-in walk-thru, and went over our ownership guides and registration steps for the US. Since then, they have been super responsive with questions and resolving concerns. We’ve been in our tiny for 3 years, and recently had to have a plumbing repair. I called Mint and they still walked us through and assisted us when we called. Our U.S. plumber kept complimenting on how well our home was built and how he was impressed at how responsive Mint was, and that I was able to get someone on the phone quickly. We’ve moved our home countless times across the country, from the Western to now Eastern U.S. and our home is still holding strong. We would buy from Mint again if given the chance! I just love to share that the experience of purchasing my tiny home from Mint Tiny Home company was excellent. I spent a couple years doing the market research and by far this company exceeded my expectations at every turn. Janine was super helpful from the very beginning whether it was answering all my questions, taking me through the building process and warehouse, as well as the final design and financing. She went out of her way to encourage and support me and I can't be more grateful. Her professionalism and knowledge is fantastic. Right from the start, the communication and professionalism I experienced working with Patrick from Mint Tiny homes was excellent. He was quick to respond to any questions I had and always made me feel like I was a priority, The delivery of the home was seamless. The mover showed up when promised, showed impressive skill and experience and walked us through set up. Whenever I had questions Patrick would be available to answer whenever I needed and put me in touch with the appropriate help.

The design of the house itself was exceptional. Every detail and bit of space is well thought out making it very comfortable and functional.
I love the use of cedar trim through out the home, full size bathroom and the enamel kitchen sink. Each room has natural light and offers space for a view. One change I would suggest is dimmable lightning for the bedroom.
I looked around at different options before deciding to purchase the Ruby Loft from Mint and quite honestly there was no comparison. The solid structure and design is unmatched.

I made a $5,000 deposit with Mint for a Tiny home. As a U.S. Army Veteran, I was looking for suitable land to place the home. Unfortunately, I was unable to find an appropriate plot of land that met my needs and budget. When I requested a refund of my deposit due to these unique circumstances, Mint refused to return my money. This situation has left me frustrated and feeling taken advantage of, especially considering my status as a veteran facing homelessness.

Mint does build visually appealing tiny homes, our experience with their after-sales service and warranty has been incredibly frustrating.

Don't get me wrong, the house looks great, but we've had nothing but issues since moving in last year. There are leaks in the bathroom, the overhead heater froze over , and the doors don't close properly while it was -4 outside with us freezing in the cold When I reached out for help, I was surprised to learn that most of their products were manufactured in China . Even more disappointing is that they can't provide exact replacements or have a local trades person from the company you could use .

We were left to find our own certified trades person to fix a plumbing issue but for liability issues , he chose not to do the job because of the way the pipes were insulated. This feels like a far cry from the warranty they promised and the customer to fend on their own. Their warranty "promise" was for the customer to find a handyman in town and they will reimburse you for the cost! That's the warranty

We have reach out to our sales representative who has been awesome and always told that someone will give us a call in a few days which we did after 5 weeks! That's one email a week to 3 different representative from the company in 5 weeks.

The issues has now been fixed by a someone we knew at our own cost.
Its concerning to see a company relying so heavily on overseas products. I understand the need to manage costs, but it shouldn't come at the expense of quality and customer support.

The roof of our Mint Tiny House was improperly installed around both skylights, resulting in leaks and mold growth. Additionally, one of the trailer jacks suffered a weld failure. Despite these serious issues, Mint has taken no action. The house is only two years old.
