Having just bought a new home in Manotick's Mahogany, Minto Communities most elegant community in my opinion was a stellar experience and choice for that matter. Buying a home can be ones most stressful experience we encounter in our lives. Starting with Fran in the sales office, investing all her time attention and opinions to ensure we had no regrets in the choices we were making from a design stand point. Fran went over and beyond the call of duty to service our every need and accommodations. Hats off to you Fran and THANK YOU SO MUCH.
Mr. Jeff Ride. Senior Site Superintendent, is Truly a SUPER man. Paying extremely close attention to the quality of build Minto was providing my family with our new choice of living. Mr Rideout displayed nothing less than a Super experience of comfort and confidence in the direction the Minto Team was taking in our new build. providing us with bi weekly updates as to the status, and welcoming my family and I on site to visually experience the exciting advancements that our project was taking. The wost builder, the worst customer service and the worst site managers. We purchased our and got our keys in November 2022. Not only we got a dirty home @ not even clean", we had the garage doors missing, faucets missing....! this was just the start of our nightmare experience. We spent over $140 000 in upgrades, only to discover that we received cheap cheap quality products. All of our cabinets were defected since year 1, bubbles every where, top and bottom cabinets. we had submitted our Tarion report, we received more than 10 visits not to repair the damaged items but each time we were told they need to inspect the issue, nothing was repaired, we sent them tons of emails, either our emails were ignored or we were told sorry the person that was handeling your file moved to a different site. Now we are almost reaching year 2! our new home is full of defects, their full management team is untrustworthy, they haven t done anything and we know that they will do nothing. a company that over promised and not delivered. No one is there to take action. We are going to take them to court. Mahogany hones built by Minto = Homes way overpriced = very cheap material and defect products = the worst customer service = Run away and take your business elsewhere

Lovely community however the poor quality of the home construction and the no care attitude of the project managers have proved to be a nightmare for the last 2 years. We have purchased 2 new homes in the past (from other builders) and never experienced the degree of issues with the construction & staff (from the mismatched kitchen counter tops, to the crumbling mortar on the exterior) that we have with this home. And when repairs did occur, the items were often left in worse shape then they were originally. Every upgrade we purchased had an issue! Despite multiple managers walking the property, taking notes & pictures we still have multiple outstanding issues from day one! And the emails! After meeting with the one year manager Jeff in Sept. 2023, we have yet to hear back from him or anyone from minto despite sending multiple follow up emails
(while including the minto customer care experience team on the email). I would suggest thinking twice before purchasing a minto home.

Fantastic neighborhood and community, very well designed area?. Despite moving into a new built during the challenges of the pandemic with supply demand and labour issues, we are very happy now with our home. Special shoutout to Katherine B. and her team who have stepped up to resolve many issues, very professional and easy to work with. Also to the techs, they took care of our issues with professionalism and attention.

Bought a ph1 home from Fran and Sherry five years ago, and try to downsize, bought a Bungalow last month from them again. They are fantastic indeed, very knowledgeable so professional, as a realtor, I brought many clients to minto, two of my favourite site, one is Mohogany another is Orleans.
