A general thank you to the South Centre Point team members and a special thank you to Samantha Bush and Eric. They made a double effort to solve the problem of my moving from my home to another home. Easily the best rental office I have ever dealt with, Molly and Selena were always super efficient every time I came in with any concerns with my apartment and were incredibly friendly!

Not providing good customer service after companies. Third class service and home (1800 baseline) is prime location of bed bugs. I found 40 to 50 bed bugs every day and minto group is not taking serious action.

I want to give a 5 star review to Jason Stonebridge. He provided great customer service, was quick corresponding and very knowledgeable in the buildings and floorplans that Minto has to offer. If you are going to look at apartments with Minto, I highly recommend asking for Jason to be your representative. Thanks again Jason for all of your help!

I would like to express my appreciation to Audie, a very friendly super who fixed my stove that having an issue of switching on and off automatically. He came and changed the switches swiftly. Then he ran for another “mission ”.
