I purchased a top unit of Mission Group's condo development during pre-sale that completed in late 2024. There are so many issues with my purchase experience and I felt the need to share them:

- Sales rep assured me with email confirmation that i would be given 1 month from walk-through to completion which was not honored even after I made complaint and provided proof (the contract says 1-month notice to completion) If I didnt have the means to close in 2 weeks time after walk-through, MG would have applied monetary penalty on my purchase
- Low quality material and poor workmanship. MG prides itself with their product quality on their website and sales office but dont be fooled as they have neither. For the price i paid, I was very disappointed to see what I had bought. For example, the large fridge space in my unit kitchen, instead of putting a nice double door fridge, they lined up 2X cheap small fridges side by side to fill the space. Other issues including uneven floor, baseboard, shower glass alignment, window alignment etc.
- MG's interior upgrade (closet organizer, appliances etc.) for this condo development is a joke for the price they charged. I would have been better off paying for upgrades from a proper private contractor/vendor
- Buying the top/most expensive MG product doesnt give you preferred parking stall & storage unit allocation. I was assigned small parking spots and avg. storage while there are larger/better ones allocated to less pricey units.
- Poor deficiency repair. MG doesnt care once the product is sold/delivered. If you ask them to fix deficiencies that are cosmetic. they would take their time responding and often use the phrase "within reasonable range" to avoid accountability. It's been 7 months since purchase closing and there are still areas that are not fixed

For an out-of-town buyer who was really looking forward to new living experience in a brand new condo, MG totally botched it for me. In my opinion, MG had rushed the construction to meet the deadline and gave up their reputation in the meantime. I can only imagine the frustration for those who bought in MG's other pricier developments are going to feel.

To be fair, MG does have some nice friendly front line personnel for after-sale service and repair contractors, but not the management who oversees the construction and makes the decisions. Needless to say, this is the first and the last time I would consider anything MG has to sell.

Why point out deficiencies if they don't fix it? And before we sign the contract they told us by email there is no obstructed view, but guess what? A huge pillar shows up middle of the balcony. The floor plan should mentioned it with big letters on it.
Our unit is not even ready, but they closed the case. Cheap materials and poor customer service. Do not make contact anything with this company. I feel we got fraud by mission group.

I would highly recommend Mission Group. I bought a unit at Brooklyn downtown Kelowna and had tenants that really destroyed my brand new unit. Ryan and his Customer Care team were prompt, professional and kind to repair many things under warranty but also other issues from tenant damage. Having such an amazing after-sales team like Ryan, Dan, Kevin and the rest of his crew gave me assurance that I 100% made the right decision to invest in Aqua 1 and Aqua 2. This is just my experience and it's all been extremely positive. Thank you Mission Group and your amazing staff.

My family has been a Mission group customer for many years prior to us having the opportunity to buy into the Ella Condo development. The delivery of service from Mission group has always been excellent. We are looking forward to our move into the best looking building in Kelowna.
Unfortunately after moving into our new condo, our opinion of mission group took a major dive. Their promise to deliver a quality product was a smoke screen. Don’t be fooled by the presentation, they do not deliver as promised.

I'm loving my new Mission Group rental place at 468 West Avenue!! I believe it's the best location in Kelowna, and the Mission Group has been so responsive to all of my needs ever since i moved in in July of this year. The property is awesome, and the amenities and local services nearby can't be beat. Thank you team. You really do make me feel important and welcome.

We bought in at the Secret Ridge development in Coquitlam and have been here about 5 years now. We have a lot of problems with our house. Things that were discussed with the builder as part of our discrepancy list but never fixed by the builder. The floors have so many creaking spots under the laminate it is embarrassing to have people over. On some of the spots the laminate lifts up and down as much as a centimeter or two. You can actually see the laminate lifting up and down and the floors make a loud creaking noise that i am sure the neighbors can hear across the street. Under cabinet lighting has failed and cannot be fixed because the power converters for the 12v LED light was buried in the wall behind the cabinets. They would have to be ripped out to get at them so the system will need to be replaced with new instead of just replacing the power supply. The tile in the basement has cracked and the grout is coming out. The floor between the upstairs bedroom and our master bedroom is so noisy when walked on it is impossible to sleep.Doors no longer latch when closed. I could deal with some of the minor issues and I have fixed several things such as the tile and doors that don't close but the flooring is SO BAD we are thinking of moving. I would welcome contact by Mission Group but i don't expect that to happen. They made no effort to remedy this in the first year we were here, and made no more contact after that. So be warned!
