Mississauga City Centre is one of my favourite places to visit. The whole area has improved a lot over the years. Square One has almost every store you need, plus great food options and a clean, modern layout. Celebration Square nearby is always full of energy with events, festivals, and activities for families. Transit access is very convenient and the area feels safe, clean, and well maintained. It does get busy on weekends, but overall it’s an amazing place to shop, hang out, and enjoy the city. Highly recommended.

A nice bus station which connects all the way to Mississauga Union Bus Terminal… this bus station is a VERY important place for Mississauga citizens… but sometimes its bus often gets delayed. Especially when it’s snowy or rainy… (Especially when it’s weather condition is not good) :(( if you are first in Mississauga, I recommend you visiting and checking the bus schedule by visiting this bus station for the first time!!! It will going to give you a very good chance of getting an information of the bus and transportation system option informations of Mississauga to other places for sure!!!👍 :))

I had a very unpleasant experience at the Mississauga City Centre Transit Terminal. I accidentally had my friend’s transit card with me and boarded the bus without realizing it. During the ticket check, I tried to explain the situation, but the officer spoke to me in a very rude and inappropriate way. They took the card and issued me a fine as well. The treatment was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. For someone who doesn’t speak English fluently, the situation was even more stressful. I did not expect such behavior, and I was truly disappointed.

This review is for the bathroom inside the terminal. I have been commuting from this terminal my entire life and have never ever before seen a bathroom as disgusting as this one. There is either pee, or period blood on the seats every single time I go in there. The smell is the worst part. Today I walked in there and gagged because of how foul the stench was. I decided to just not even use the washroom because the smell was so unbearable. If you need to use the washroom, take the extra time and use the ones in the mall.

I frequented this bus almost 6 months ago. Since February their terminal main entrance has been closed off with yellow signs. I visited again and joked that it would be really bad if those were never fixed till now. How is it JULY and the doors still don’t work with the same yellow signs up. It is just sliding doors to fix. How does it take half a year to fix two mechanical doors at one of the busy bus terminals. Come on people. It’s 1 day of maintenance work. Jeez

The service-people at City Centre are some of the kindest people and most helpful that you’ll meet. I have nothing but positive things to say about every one of them, minus the lady with a hijab at the desk. She addressed me and my friend rudely, as we wanted to get a map or two, and she said “they were out of stock” when I very well knew they just received the maps.

Oh well, everyone else, especially Pam has been amazing!

The station doors are currently closed at 10:00 p.m., but I urge the management to reconsider this decision. Many commuters finish work late and need a warm, safe place to wait for their buses. After midnight you can close it

This city center transit location is well maintained and the place is clean. Also the signs and hub namings are very easy to understand and has sufficient details about the bus numbers.they do have chairs to sit while waiting for the bus but it’s limited. Overall the navigation in this transit center is very easy.
