From the onset Monica was quick to respond to questions about different properties. She took the time up front to really understand what it was we wanted, then she used her considerable knowledge of the area to quickly eliminate properties that she knew would not fit “the bill”.

Before we closed on our “forever home” Monica messaged one Satrurday morning to point us to a property that was listed on Kijiji that she thought we would like. She checked to make sure we were okay following up with the owner ourselves and then left us to it. Her priority was with us getting what we wanted, not her commission nor wishing to waste our time and hers with properties that didn’t work for us.
