Horrible communication. You have to chase and beg them for information/communication and they just end up ignoring you. Not very good business practice.

Hi my name is Kevin Jansen. I’m am writing this review to express my appreciation and happiness with the out going , kind, helpful professional staff members at Montrose Manor here in Beaumont. Living with my mother Margaret Jansen, who has been diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment and mild dementia the staff has been very helpful and concerned always asking how my Mom is doing. I would like to thank everyone for that consideration and compassion. Kudos to the property staff.

I lived here for a year and had nothing but problems. Management claims to be on site but are never in the office they tell you you have to drive to another apartment building to reach them (Eaglemont Manor) which yes is still in Beaumont but I shouldn't have to drive somewhere to speak to "onsite" management. When I did have maintenance issues they took forever to fix anything unless you made a complaint. One time they didn't even come look at the issue. Even though it is a dog friendly building apparently playing with my 10 pound dog on the floor is too much noise for my neighbours downstairs. Snow removal would be delayed in the parking lot for days at time. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. Management sucks and is always having to react instead of being proactive. I am so glad I no longer live here.
