Morgan has exceeded expectations multiple times when assisting my wife and I in purchasing or selling. She wore countless proverbial "hats"; some of which not even being her responsibility.
One example was when we had a septic inspection scheduled in February on a new property. Morgan was the first one on site before us and the inspecting company. Morgan waded through waist high snow to find, and shovel/uncover the septic tanks to make sure things went seamless. This would've been a task for the inspectors, but not when Morgan is on the job.
Everything from paperwork, to showings, to appointments was very clear and concise.
