The personalized videos were a nice touch, breaking down budgeting expenses and explaining in detail the process, steps required and options of the mortgages. She worked to get the best rates possible for my needs and doesn't operate on "bankers" hours, which was a major bonus with the busy 12hr/day, 6 day/week, schedule I was working during the purchase period.

Barb was a blessing to deal with.
We had sold our house and had a accepted offer on a new house. We thought we would just get a mortgage with our current lender but they denied us. We had unfortunately foreclosed on a house a few years ago and that's why they denied us.
With a quick possession date upon us and eager to find another lender that would accept us with a foreclosure in our past. The manager of the lender that denied us referred us to Barb.
Barb was a comfort from the first call. We told her our situation and why we were denied. She got to work right away, looking for a mortgage for us.
She did not disappoint. She found a mortgage with a great rate in a short time.
Her work did not stop there. There was a few other hiccups because of the quick possession. But Barb worked it out for us.
